Say hello to Serena Olivieri and her super bright and springish plants as my May 2013 Illustrated Break! “Wait, what was I doing before painting these plants?! Ummm… walking around my hood while eating ice cream under the fresh springy sun, with Dean & Britta music in my ears. Then I go back home and enjoy the same light from my little balcony and see my life through watercolors. I know, I should paint more that I do!”
