Last year I interviewed Shiri Avda minutes after she graduated. A lot has happened since then but mainly, the creation of “The Mechanism of Reading”, a project that just won second place at the “ITAMI International Craft Exhibition 2011 – Jewelery”. Respect! Shiri wanted to freeze the feeling you get while reading. Some might say my days as a book worm comes to life in this post ;) and with that being said, Shiri, I LOVE your creation.
