This post is long overdue.
I’ve been meaning to tell you all about Masha Manapov‘s Judaic journey. Dvash (aka “Honey” in Hebrew) is Masha’s way to make us all look at Jewish culture as a fun and festive culture.
“Judaica never had too much sex appeal but I want to believe that now there is a place to learn about the interesting, colorful and unique aspects of our tradition.”
You can find super cheerful home blessings and Ketubahs along side colorful cards, which will make your heart smile. BUT, as a long time typographer wannabe, I fell in love with her alphabet prints.
In my book, there is nothing quite like the Hebrew alphabet, and when you get it in bold print, it can’t get any better!
BTW, Masha is the same one, who is responsible to April 2014 Illustrated Break. Isn’t she good? Like, crazy good!
