{"id":28425,"date":"2015-08-20T09:46:41","date_gmt":"2015-08-20T16:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/designbreakonline.com\/?p=28425"},"modified":"2020-03-05T16:10:44","modified_gmt":"2020-03-06T00:10:44","slug":"minimalit-lital-gurai-leo-other-signs-and-all-that-jazz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/designbreakonline.com\/minimalit-lital-gurai-leo-other-signs-and-all-that-jazz\/","title":{"rendered":"Minimalit | Lital Gurai | Leo, Other Signs and All That Jazz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There is nothing I like more than being surprised while scrolling down\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/designbreak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">my Instagram feed<\/a>.<br \/>\nAbout a week ago, I stumbled upon\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/51LFZsiTH2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this magical illustration<\/a>\u00a0by Rotem Levitan\u00a0(a post about her is in the works!). That\u2019s when I discovered, the most adorable headbands\u00a0by Lital Gurai aka\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/minimalit.gurait\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Minimalit<\/a>. I mean, who doesn\u2019t want to feel royal, with this badass lion, laying on top of their head?!<br \/>\nWhen asking Lital what led her into headbands, she said:\u00a0\u201dI love birthdays. It doesn\u2019t matter if it\u2019s over the top or super mellow. Something about the fact that one should celebrate his special day every year, excites me every single time.\u00a0I tend to start playing around with ideas two months before my big day and this year I was busy\u00a0making myself a crown (read: headband). I\u2019m not sure if it was a coincidence but being a Leo, I started with drawing lions. After drawing lots and lots of lions (about 50 of them!) I found myself drawing other signs and from there the road to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/minimalit.gurait\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a collection of magical headbands<\/a>\u00a0was a done deal\u201d.<br \/>\nEverything is super new so there is no website (yet) but I just realized that this\u00a0over achiever graphic designer is on to something.
