Industrial Design, Textile Design, World Break World Break: Brook&Lyn | Weaving Fountains

I first spotted Brook&Lyn‘s weaved fountains on the inspiring Booooooom instagram feed (every week you get a glimpse inside a different artist’s world).
Anyways, it was a love at first sight. I decided to dig in and found out that the Rya Bench was only the tip of the iceberg. Clearly there is so much more to the collaboration between Mimi Jung and Brian Hurewitz, the duo behind Brook&Lyn. These crazy handwoven asymmetric ryas feel like some kind of nature picture but instead of being a photographic one, it’s a woven one!
Seriously, I could stare at them all day long and especially the pastel-ish one.
