Give it up for Lital Efraim, the only 2011 graduate who had men in mind while designing her “SteadyBop” at the Jewelry Design Department of Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. “SteadyBop” stands for Bebop and Rocksteady, the two mutants in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series. They are also the first hipsters Lital ever met, a rendezvous which led her designing for prepster men. If you lost me on this one, Lital’s men, the prepsters, wear skinny jeans with boat shoes and listen to indie rock.
