Last weekend the Mr and I took a two hours drive to the magnificent city of Carmel. For the record, I’m not that into nature BUT I guess even an anti-nature girl can enjoy some scenery once in a while. Other than the beautiful and calm 17 Mile Drive we had a breathtaking experience at Refuge, a hydro thermal heaven (you have to try it for yourself!). Of course we visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium and there I fell in love with jellyfish (they are so beautiful and friendly from the other side of the glass!). Oh… I had the most criminally insane strawberries waffle at Katy’s Place and the yummiest spaghetti and meatballs at Il Vecchio (thx, Caitlin!)
